A Career in Real Estate
In conjunction with and licensed through the Wisconsin Realtors Association,
Hinsman Realty, Inc. is able to offer an in-house study course to assist
individuals prepare to take their real estate license exam. Before anyone
can even take the licensing exam, they must first successfully complete this
72-hour classroom course.
The course is self-paced with a mixture of video and workbook exercises. It
is held at our office located at 1242 West Blvd. (just south of the
intersection of Washington Ave. and West Blvd. in Racine - click here for
map & directions). The course is available to registered participants at any
time during our regular office hours.

Our professional staff will work with you as needed to help you succeed in
your pursuit of your real estate career. We care about the success and
future of you and your family and if you succeed, we consider it a success
for Hinsman Realty.
Once you have obtained your real estate license, you will be able to secure
a full- or part-time position assisting families and businesses buy and sell
property. There are other opportunities available to licensed
individuals. If this is not the right time in your life to pursue a career
in real estate, we offer the opportunity for you to become part of our
Referral Network Service. This program allows you to earn commission as a
referral associate without having to invest the necessary funds to join the
local, state, and national association of Realtors®.
