Each and every telephone inquiry is handled by a qualified agent who has physically toured each property listed by our company.

Once a potential buyer has viewed a property, we will always follow-up after the showing. (An attempt by you to follow-up could be interpreted as you, the seller, being pushy and desperate to sell)

Our associates have many properties to sell, therefore we are able to assist the buyer so they can comparison shop for a home while we, your listing broker, are in control of the buyer, a closeness that you will not be able to develop and maintain.

In the sale of a property, there are many conditions including repairs and etc. that must be taken into consideration and taken care of. We assist with these conditions at all times.

From the initial contract to the preparation of all closing documents, our associates and closing department work as a team to bring your property to a satisfactory and trouble-free closing.
